Job Details:
Primary responsibilities include:
Maintaining pharmaceutical dispensing functions, including clinical review functions, in accordance with all legal and regulatory requirements
Providing pharmaceutical care and products to all neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients, including inpatients and outpatients
Completing established competencies for the position within designated introductory period
Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
Graduate of an accredited College of Pharmacy Minimum of one year of pharmacy experience required Possession of current State Board of Pharmacy License required (in the state you are applying to) One year of hospital experience preferred IV Admixture Certification preferred
