Medical Laboratory Technologist Lead

Job Details:
Primary responsibilities include:

 

Coordinating scheduling of medical technologist staff
Working in one or more areas of the clinical laboratory
Instructing other personnell as required
Performing with perceptive depth or clinical laboratory tests and procedures which require the expertise of independent judgement and responsibility
Assuring the highest quality of patient care is maintained at all times
 

Qualifications include:

 

Minimum of an Associate's degree or qualification as a Medical Technologist under HHS
Able to perform highly complex testing procedures per CLIA 88 (Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments) personal guidelines
Minimum of three years of experience in the clinical laboratory
