ED Clinical Coordinator FT D
Job Details:
Primary responsibilities include:
Coordinating functions and activities related to a single departmental function
Coordinating the scheduling efforts of the unit RN's
Acting as liaison to internal and external customers (i.e., pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff and hospital administration
Developing and implementing plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements
Training and mentoring staff
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications include:
Minimum of an Associate's degree from an accredited nursing school Current Registered Nurse license in the state you are applying to Two years of relevant clinical nursing experience Two years of management/supervisory experience ACLS certification (for ER, ICU, endoscopy, telemetry/progressive care, cardiac cath lab, PACU and L&D) PALS certification (for ER and PACU) NRP certification (for L&D, post-partum and nursery)
